Shipping Policy

We ship across all governorates of Egypt, with cash on delivery available nationwide.

Processing time

1 business day. Orders placed before the end of the working day are prepared and handed to the courier the next business day. Orders placed on Friday are processed on Saturday.

Delivery time

2–5 business days from the moment your order is handed to the courier. Cairo and Giza are usually at the faster end of that range; remote governorates at the slower end.

Total time to receive your order

Most orders arrive within 3 to 6 business days of being placed.

Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your governorate. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready. The courier will contact you by phone before delivery, so make sure the number on your order is correct and reachable.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched. If you have not heard from us within 2 business days of ordering, contact us and we will check on it.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you need to change your address, phone number or items, contact us on the same day you ordered. Once an order is with the courier we can no longer change it.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you, they will attempt delivery again. After repeated failed attempts the order is returned to us and cancelled.

سياسة الشحن

بنشحن لكل محافظات مصر، والدفع عند الاستلام متاح في كل المحافظات.

مدة تجهيز الطلب

يوم عمل واحد. الطلبات اللي بتتعمل قبل نهاية يوم العمل بيتم تجهيزها وتسليمها لشركة الشحن في يوم العمل التالي. طلبات يوم الجمعة بيتم تجهيزها يوم السبت.

مدة الشحن

من ٢ إلى ٥ أيام عمل من وقت تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن. القاهرة والجيزة عادةً أسرع، والمحافظات البعيدة بتاخد وقت أطول.

إجمالي المدة

أغلب الطلبات بتوصل خلال ٣ إلى ٦ أيام عمل من وقت الطلب.

رسوم الشحن

بيتم حساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب حسب المحافظة، وهتشوفي المبلغ بالظبط قبل ما تأكدي الطلب.

الدفع عند الاستلام

بتدفعي لمندوب الشحن وقت استلام الطلب. يُفضل تجهيز المبلغ بالظبط. المندوب هيتواصل معاكي تليفونياً قبل التسليم، فمن فضلك تأكدي إن الرقم المكتوب في الطلب صحيح ومتاح.

متابعة الطلب

هيوصلك تأكيد بمجرد خروج الطلب للشحن. لو مجاش منّا أي تواصل خلال يومين عمل من الطلب، كلّمينا وهنتابعه.

تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب

لو محتاجة تغيّري العنوان أو رقم التليفون أو المنتجات، تواصلي معانا في نفس يوم الطلب. بعد ما الطلب يخرج مع شركة الشحن مش هنقدر نعدّله.

تعذر التسليم

لو المندوب معرفش يوصلك، هيحاول تاني. بعد محاولات متكررة بدون نجاح بيرجع الطلب لينا ويتم إلغاؤه.
