Refund policy

Refunds :

Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on our products. Please make your selections carefully. 

Exchanges :
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 5 working days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nojeegypt@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Claims :
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.

Cancel Your Order :
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.

Sale items:
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
